Marketing Specialist
Rachel Dreher uses her lived experience and analytical skills to create meaningful connections and support families through the advocacy journey.
A Heart for Families and a Mind for Systems
Rachel Dreher brings a passion for supporting families as she understands firsthand how overwhelming the special education process can be. Growing up with ADHD and a learning disability, she experienced the IEP process as a student and now, as a parent and professional, is committed to helping others find clarity, confidence, and support on their journey.

Connecting the Community
After stepping away from a corporate career to raise her children, Rachel saw more and more friends struggling to advocate for their children in school. She knew she wanted to do more than listen; she wanted to be part of the solution. Now, as Marketing and Communications Specialist, Rachel blends her fresh perspective and analytical background to amplify our mission, shaping clear, compassionate communication, guiding our digital outreach, and using data to reframe conversations so families feel truly seen, heard, and supported.
