With five years in the Florida public school system, Jerrica knows firsthand the importance of strong collaboration between schools, students, and families. Her passion for advocacy stems from her years working with students and witnessing how access to the right support can make a lasting difference in their educational journey.

Before joining the team, Jerrica spent over eight years in administrative support roles, where she honed her organizational skills and commitment to service. As an Advocacy Support Specialist, she ensures that families receive responsive, empathetic, and informed guidance every step of the way.
Living in Florida with her husband & two children, Jerrica enjoys spending time outdoors & volunteering with children at her local church. She brings this same energy of involvement and community connection to her work each day.
