A Heart for Families and a Mind for Systems

Rachel Dreher brings a passion for supporting families as she understands firsthand how overwhelming the special education process can be. Supporting the Team, Connecting the Community

After stepping away from a corporate career to raise her children, Rachel saw more and more friends struggling to advocate for their children in school. She knew she wanted to do more than just listen, she wanted to be part of the solution. Now, as Advocacy Support Specialist, Rachel supports the team behind the scenes, ensuring families receive the responsive, compassionate, and impactful experience they deserve.

Bringing a fresh perspective and an analytical background, Rachel also leads the team’s digital outreach, crafting thoughtful communications and social media content to connect with and support the community. Drawing on her analytical background, Rachel has a knack for using data to tell powerful stories and reframe conversations—an essential part of helping families feel seen, heard, and supported.
